While 2025 has been an extraordinarily busy year for Xace and our group of companies, one area we know we must strengthen is how we communicate with our exceptional customers — particularly when it comes to the powerful updates we’re now delivering on a weekly basis.
We’re investing heavily — not just in our infrastructure, people, and banking capabilities — but in the features that make your daily operations with Xace smoother, more efficient, and, we hope, more rewarding.
At the same time, our brand is undergoing a significant evolution. We’re sharpening our identity as the global leader in iGaming accounts and payments, delivering the exclusive, private financial services experience that our customers expect and deserve. As part of this transformation, we’re launching a new website, a next-generation web banking platform, our first-ever mobile app, and a suite of enterprise features designed with — and for — the world’s leading gaming operators.
This post marks the beginning of a new, proactive approach to sharing product updates. You may even notice a more vibrant colour palette already appearing across our platform — a visual cue of the progress we’re making.
Most importantly, we won’t leave you waiting as we roll out these upgrades. Our next-gen features are being introduced to our existing applications as fast as possible — which brings us to the substance of this post: what’s new - and where to find it!
Intercom & Support
We’re expanding our Intercom integration to better serve both your teams and ours. With full in-app connectivity, Intercom now ensures we’re always within reach — whether you’re initiating payments, managing FX, or reviewing transaction data in real time.
For the first time, we’re using the in-app chat to announce new features as they happen, backed by comprehensive documentation in our refreshed support site. This means real-time updates delivered directly to you and your team — with the ability to start a feature related conversation instantly via live chat.
Tickets
We’ve also overhauled how support is delivered in Intercom, starting with the introduction of Tickets. Unlike standard chat sessions, Tickets allow for better tracking, prioritisation, and accountability. You’ll now be able to submit support requests and follow them through to resolution, without needing to chase updates in chat.
News
Our News section inside the Intercom widget now references the latest product releases — and we’re going much further. We’ve introduced a dedicated changelog to highlight what’s new, what’s improved, and what matters most to your teams.
Updates will now be surfaced based on importance and relevance, delivered in multiple ways:
- App Banner – for major application announcements
- Chat Posts – for new features and upgrades
- Email – for significant updates and monthly roundups
- Push Notifications (coming soon) – for mobile users
You can expect clear, concise updates — paired with the right channel, at the right time.

Help & AI
AI can be frustrating when it doesn’t help — and transformational when it does. That’s why we’re rebuilding our support site to deliver better documentation, cleaner structure, and smart AI integration to guide your teams, especially outside working hours.
Support content is now released in step with each new feature and is always available in-app via the chat widget — ensuring your team has access to answers when and where they need them most.
Changelog
Our new changelog is live — always just a click away via the chat widget or our support site.
It’s your single source for discovering the latest updates, without being overwhelmed by a backlog of announcements from the past month 👉 intercom.news/xace. Our next post will break down all recent updates in detail — fully supported by everything outlined above.
We’ll keep the changelog updated with every deployment (and sometimes even before), so you’re always ahead of what’s changing and when.
You’ll only hear from us when it matters — with updates that are relevant to your business and backed by practical documentation, so your team can put new features to work immediately.
This is an exciting time across the Xace Group — and one we’re committed to communicating more clearly, consistently, and directly than ever before. You deserve nothing less.
